Outpatient Treatment Program For Teens In California

At Hillside Horizon for Teens, we understand that adolescence can be a challenging and transformative period in a young person’s life. The journey from childhood to adulthood is filled with ups and downs, but when a teen faces emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges, they need support and guidance. Our outpatient treatment center is committed to empowering teens to overcome these challenges, providing a safe and nurturing environment for their growth and recovery.

Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment for Teens

Our team at Hillside Horizon for Teens consists of experienced professionals who specialize in working with teenagers. We offer comprehensive outpatient treatment programs tailored to meet the unique needs of adolescents. Whether your teen is struggling with co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, or other emotional and behavioral issues, we have the expertise to help them on their path to recovery.

Personalized Care Plans

We recognize that every teen is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution for their treatment. That's why we create individualized care plans for each teen, taking into account their specific challenges, strengths, and goals. Our team collaborates closely with both the teens and their families to ensure that the treatment plan aligns with their needs and expectations.

Evidence-Based Therapies

At Hillside Horizon for Teens, we employ evidence-based therapies to address the underlying issues contributing to a teen's struggles. These therapies may include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Our approach is rooted in scientific research, ensuring that our teens receive the most effective treatments available.

Family Involvement and Support

We believe that family plays a crucial role in a teen's recovery. Our programs include family therapy and education to help parents and guardians understand and support their teens better. We equip families with the tools and strategies they need to create a supportive and nurturing environment at home.

Holistic Healing

Healing goes beyond therapy. Hillside Horizon for Teens integrates holistic approaches such as yoga, art therapy, and outdoor activities to promote overall well-being. These activities encourage teens to discover new passions, develop coping skills, and build confidence.

Relapse Prevention

Our outpatient treatment programs also focus on relapse prevention. We equip teens with the tools to manage triggers and stressors that may lead to a setback. This prepares them for a successful transition back to their everyday lives with confidence.

24/7 ongoing Monitoring

At our center, we provide 24/7 support for our outpatient teens for treatment. This ensures no chances of negligence, premium quality care, boosting confidence in treatment of you & your loved one.
