Contact us, and our team will happily assist you in the insurance verification process.
The insurance verification process is one that Hillside Horizon for Teens offers you upon request, free of charge. We will obtain your policy information from you and contact the necessary channels in an effort to obtain your benefits. This process doesn’t take long if the request is conducted while the insurance companies are open.
Upon confirmation, a member of our Admissions Team will contact you to discuss and review your coverage. We will cover both in and out-of-network benefits for residential treatment. Deductibles that you and your family are responsible for will be discussed and any co-payments that may be due will be fully explained.
When you make your initial call, one of our dedicated staff members will answer any questions you have, discuss our program and your child's unique needs.
If you will be utilizing insurance for your child treatment, we will collect the necessary information and complete a benefit verification. This will give us a clear picture of what is covered and what you may owe, if anything. We never want cost to be an obstacle, that is why we have payment plans and financial hardship applications available to families who need them.
One of the most important steps in the admissions process is the assessment. This is where our clinical team will get to know your child’s treatment history, symptoms, and other important details that give us a better understanding of them. The clinical assessment helps us determine if your child is an appropriate fit for us. In the event we are not the appropriate fit, we will provide you with vetted referrals that we know and trust.
Once approved for our program, we will schedule an admission date and send you over a welcome packet. This packet will contain important information, support group details and information on what to expect and bring. We look forward to meeting you and seeing how we can best serve your family!
We work with most Insurance Companies in hopes of ensuring the opportunity to help as many families as possible. If you want to discuss our affordable and competitive cash payment options, or if your policy is not listed below, there’s still hope, so please call our team now so we can conduct an Insurance verification.
