What is Teen Trauma?

Teen trauma refers to the emotional, psychological, or physical distress experienced by adolescents due to a distressing event. These events can range from personal experiences like abuse, bullying, or loss to broader societal issues such as violence or natural disasters. Understanding the impact of these traumas is crucial for providing effective support and intervention.
