Why us
A family that walks with yours
Boutique residential care for ages 12–17. Family-owned. Small enough that leadership is in the house.

They need a team that sees the whole person.
When a teenager is in crisis, families need more than a bed and a diagnosis code.
Boutique scale
Smaller residential cohorts so your teen is known by name — with 24/7 supervision and consistent clinical relationships.
Evidence-based + holistic
CBT, DBT, family therapy, and experiential modalities like art, equine, and adventure therapy woven into each plan.
Families stay involved
Family therapy, parent coaching, and transparent updates because lasting change continues at home.
The house
Built by someone who needed this.
Anthony Fletcher founded Hillside Horizon after his own years as a troubled teen. He still keeps the program family-owned and small enough that leadership is in the house.
Clinical direction sits with Dr. Arlene Waldron, PsyD, LMFT — more than fifteen years with adolescents and families. The mission is to rewrite the story at home, not just get through the week.
