How the work happens
Evidence-based methods, chosen for this teen’s diagnosis and history — not a one-size curriculum.

Clinical methods
- 01
Individual therapy
A primary therapist, several times a week. The story, the skills, and a relationship that can hold the hard hour.
- 02
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Name the thought, test it, choose a next step small enough to try. Used daily for anxiety, depression, and the loops between.
- 03
Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal skill — practiced until they work under heat.
- 04
Motivational interviewing
When a teen is not sure they want to be here. We do not argue them into change. We find the reason that is already theirs.
- 05
Mindfulness-based CBT
Attention as a skill. The teen learns to notice a spiral without becoming it — then choose the next move.
- 06
Hypnotherapy
A focused, clinical tool for anxiety and the body — never a stage trick. Used when talk cannot reach the pattern.
The mix is the plan
No teen gets every method. They get the right ones.
Assessment decides the stack. Call and we will talk through what would actually be in a week here.
