FAQ

Common family questions

What should we pack?
Bring comfortable clothing, personal hygiene products, prescribed medications in original packaging, and essential documents like ID and insurance information. A detailed packing list is provided upon admission.
What can't we bring?
For everyone's safety, leave behind drugs, alcohol, weapons, and disruptive items. Electronics may be restricted per program guidelines — you'll receive a complete prohibited-items list before admission.
Can I come with my child to their intake?
Yes. Parents or legal guardians are encouraged during intake to provide history and support. Our team will discuss how you stay involved throughout residential care.
Can I tour your facility?
Yes — we offer scheduled tours so families can see the campus. Contact admissions in advance; some areas may be limited for client privacy. See the house
How often can I call my child during their stay?
We maintain structured phone times based on your teen's treatment plan so you stay connected and informed on progress.
Do you offer weekly family therapy sessions via Zoom?
Family involvement is central to our model. Regular family therapy can be conducted via secure video when distance or schedules require it.
Are there family weekend events or on-site visits?
We offer scheduled family participation opportunities and therapeutic visits when clinically appropriate — because healing happens together.
